Why are there settings at the top of the page as well as inside a page?

You can set global settings for your PageDip by clicking the settings tool (wrench) located in the top left of the PageDip editor page.

If you wish to change the look of a specific page, you can make changes to it by clicking the wrench next to that page title in the list of pages.
